• Our rental prices begin at $35 for our DIY package, and $125 for our standard package. Additional days (if inventory is available) is $25/day. Delivery fees may apply if outside of our service area. Additional fees may apply for multiple names, long phrases, or for stands (required for non-grass yards).
• Payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. A $25 rush fee will be applied to last minutes notices made within the 48-hour window.​​​

Refund policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled setup date may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be made if the wrong address is given.

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation and hold the date. You will be invoiced with a link to make payment via credit card.

You will be invoiced for lawn display items that are missing or damaged.

Please do not vandalize our signs or throw them in the garbage. These items are our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree (and family) to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

We do ask that you treat the yard display with respect. Please do not move the signs.

Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun and could damage our signs if they come in contact.

Please do not use any adhesive on our display. Any form of tape or adhesive will ruin the signs.

Please do not mow your lawn while our yard cards are installed as they can be damaged from flying debri. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up.

Please let us know beforehand if you have a rock yard or artificial grass. In the event that we show up to a non-grass yard without a notice, we will not be able to install the signs.

For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard cards. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a child or adult sitting, leaning, or playing on them.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please do not pull the signs from the ground or move them.

By agreeing to have Valley Yard Cards participate in your event, you agree that Valley Yard Cards is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.
Standard Package
Do-It-Yourself Package
​• Our standard package includes delivery, set up, pick up, and the option to personalize your display. For Birthdays, this package includes our "Full-Size" displays.
• Your yard card will be delivered sometime between sundown (the day before) and sunrise (the day of) your rental date, and will be picked up after sundown on your rental date. You will have all daylight hours to enjoy your yard card.
• We do not offer backyard setups for our standard packages.
​• Our DIY package requires that *you* pick up, set up, & return the signs from the address that will be provided to you in Pleasanton, CA.

​•This package applies to birthdays ONLY, and will include: a "Happy Birthday" mini, name, number, presents, and balloons.
• We will have the signs ready for pick-up by 5pm on the evening prior to the date of the scheduled event. The signs must then be returned by 12pm the day following the scheduled event, or additional charges wi apply.
