• Our prices begin at $115. Additional days (if inventory is available) is $50/day. Delivery fees may apply if outside of our service area. Additional fees may apply for multiple names, long phrases, or for stands (non-grass yards).
• Payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. A $25 rush fee will be applied to last minutes notices made within the 48-hour window.
• Service includes delivery, set-up and pick up. We do not offer DIY packages at this time, or backyard setups.
• Your yard card will be delivered sometime between sundown (the day before) and sunrise (the day of) your rental date, and will be picked up after sundown on your rental date. You will have all daylight hours to enjoy and take lots of photos with your yard card.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled setup date are eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund.
• In the event we are unable to set the display due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be made if the wrong address is given.
Q: How long in advance do I have to make a reservation?

Q: Where do you service?
​
A: We service Pleasanton, Dublin, and Livermore for free. Other nearby towns may be delivered to with an additional delivery fee depending on your location.

Q: Can I pick up the signs and set them up myself?

A: Unfortunately, we are not allowing self-service sign setups.

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation and hold the date. You will be invoiced with a link to make payment via credit card.

You will be invoiced for lawn display items that are missing or damaged.

Please do not vandalize our signs or throw them in the garbage. These items are our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree (and family) to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

We do ask that you treat the yard display with respect. Please do not move the signs.

Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun and could damage our signs if they come in contact.

Please do not use any adhesive on our display. Any form of tape or adhesive will ruin the signs.

Please do not mow your lawn while our yard cards are installed as they can be damaged from flying debri. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up.

Please let us know beforehand if you have a rock yard or artificial grass. In the event that we show up to a non-grass yard without a notice, we will not be able to install the signs.

For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard cards. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a child or adult sitting, leaning, or playing on them.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please do not pull the signs from the ground or move them.

By agreeing to have Valley Yard Cards participate in your event, you agree that Valley Yard Cards is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.
